After finding seven duck eggs from the neighbor’s visiting ducks in a couple areas on the farm, I decided to try my hand at being a duck mama (or a really dedicated dad). Having successfully hatching some of our chicken eggs, I figured I had nothing to lose. I put the eggs into the incubator and waited for 28 days. Of the seven eggs we started with, two didn’t progress, but the remaining five hatched.
